Who we are

Magnetic Memories ("we", "us") creates personalised photo products in Gibraltar. If you have any questions about your data, contact us on WhatsApp at +350 54007718.

What we collect

• Your details — name, email address, phone number, and (for delivery) your postal address.
• Your photos — the images you upload to be printed on your order.
• Order information — what you bought, your chosen options, and order status.

How we use it

• To create, fulfil, and deliver your order.
• To send you order confirmations and updates.
• To contact you about your order if needed.

We only feature your order on our social media if you explicitly opt in during checkout.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

How long we keep your photos

Your uploaded photos are stored securely only for as long as we need them to produce your order. We automatically delete order photos around 30 days after the order is placed. Basic order records (without photos) may be kept longer for our accounts.

Who we share data with

We only share what's necessary with trusted services that help us run the shop:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Cloudflare — secure website hosting and photo storage.
• Resend — sending your order emails.

We never sell your personal data.

Cookies & tracking

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your basket is stored only in your own browser. We may use privacy-friendly, anonymous visitor analytics that don't identify you.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time — just message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it.

Terms of Service

Personalised, made-to-order products

Everything we make is personalised to your photos and choices. Because each item is custom-made for you, orders generally can't be cancelled or refunded once production has started, except where an item arrives faulty or damaged.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days with a photo and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund.

Your photos

By uploading photos you confirm you have the right to use them and to have them printed. You keep ownership of your images; you give us permission only to use them to fulfil your order (and to share on social media if you opted in).

Pricing & delivery

All prices are in GBP (£) and shown at checkout, including any delivery charge. You can choose free collection from Atlantic Suites, Gibraltar delivery, or UK delivery where offered. We aim to produce orders promptly, typically within a few days.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar.
